Returns (Germany)

You can return any item to us within 14 days after the receipt for a refund, this also applies to discounted items and sale items.
If you want to return the items, please note that they must be returned in their original condition.
Please note that the items must be unworn, without traces of use and the undamaged return-band.

Please fill out the return slip that comes with your package and send it back to us along with the goods that you’d like to return.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING PACKAGES MUST BE PAID BY THE BUYER.

We suggest you to ship it as an insured package with a tracking number via DHL or any other provider so you can track your parcel and make sure when it arrives at our warehouse.
If you decide to send out the package uninsured there will be no guarantee for a refund. You’re responsible for the package to arrive at our warehouse so please make sure to use the safest way.

Refunds

We will refund the goods to your original payment method at the price you purchased the items.
The duration of the refund depends on the payment method you have selected. This can take up to 14 days.

Exchange

Unfortunately we can not exchange your order. In case you don´t like your ordered size or color you can return your items in between 14 days after the receipt of your goods. Afterwards you have to place a new order. This is the only way we can assure you that your items are on stock and ready to be dispatched.

Customs and Import Duties

If your parcel does incur customs taxes or duty it's entirely up to you (as the receiver) to cover these costs. Unfortunately, as these charges differ from country to country we are unable to directly advise you on what these might be. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering so you're not surprised by any
